Lash Lounge was founded in October 2022, starting from a small study in the front of my mum’s house. At the time, I felt unfulfilled in my job and craved something more—so I decided to take the leap into becoming my own boss. After completing an online course in classic lash extensions, I began offering my services locally, expecting it to be nothing more than a small side hustle for friends and family. What I didn’t expect was to fall completely in love with the craft. My passion for lashes quickly grew, leading me to expand my skills into brows, allowing me to offer a wider range of services to my clients.

The response was incredible. By July 2024, demand had grown so much that I opened my own salon, and within just six months, I tripled my client base. Building on this success, in January 2025 I launched my own training program, designed for both beginners and qualified beauty therapists wanting to expand their expertise. Having once navigated the lash industry with little more than a PowerPoint and no real guidance, I was determined to create a supportive learning environment where students receive the tools, mentorship, and confidence they need to become their own boss.
